Hi, I’m Chelsea — founder of Hideout Academy, The Hideout Salon + Lounge, and Raven Skin & Lash. Born and raised in Seattle, I’ve always been a little obsessed with learning, teaching, and finding ways to bring people together. I also love to hop on a plane whenever I can, because traveling keeps me inspired (and, let’s be honest, a little sun never hurts).

I started these spaces with one big goal: to create inclusive, welcoming environments where people can learn, grow, and show up as their most authentic selves. Whether it’s helping students step into the beauty industry, supporting clients in feeling their best, or building communities where creativity thrives — I’m here for it.
